Let’s hustle! Our 2-hour mini-session with coach Hillary teaches you the foundational skills to get you on the court playing volleyball. Learn and review as we break down the proper techniques of passing, setting, hitting, and serving with drills to understand general gameplay on the court.

September Mini-Session

  • Sunday, September 28 @ 11:30am-1:30pm

  • Serving: Learn the “Step, Toss, Contact” method, learn how to use & harness your own strength, understand proper body positioning, learn “top Spin” & “Float” serves, practice serving different court positions.

  • Passing: Learn to create your “passing platform”, “Ready Stance” & body positioning, learn how to read the ball & where to be on the court, learn how to pass to target

October Mini-Sessions

  • Saturday, October 25th @ 11am-1pm

  • Serving: Learn the “Step, Toss, Contact” method, learn how to use & harness your own strength, understand proper body positioning, learn “top Spin” & “Float” serves, practice serving different court positions.

  • Passing: Learn to create your “passing platform”, “Ready Stance” & body positioning, learn how to read the ball & where to be on the court, learn how to pass to target

  • Setting: Learn proper hand & body positioning learn where to be on the court, learn how & where to set your hitters, practice around the court sets

  • Hitting: Learn how to approach learn proper timing, “Ready Stance” & body positioning, learn how & where to set your hitters, practice around the court sets

  • Saturday, October 25th & Sunday, October 26th

  • Time: 11am-1pm and 11:30am -1:30pm

  • Mini-Sessions Focus: Includes Saturday & Sunday skills
